We will process your order within 48 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during our regular business hours (excluding holidays). If any problems arise while processing or shipping, you will be contacted regarding your order within two business days of the issue.
Our shipping and handling charges are based on your method of choice, which are based on package weight, size and distance shipped. For US and International orders we offer USPS First Class, Priority Mail, and Express Mail. We recommend that you insure your order with the carrier as we cannot be responsible for its safe arrival.
You may return any items for a refund or credit for exchange.
Any refund or credit for exchange will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of the purchase. Shipping fees are not subject to refund unless the merchandise is defective or the order was fulfilled incorrectly.
All returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All claims for credit, shortages and/or damages must be placed within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. All returned merchandise must be received by us in sellable condition unless the merchandise is found to be defective. Any form of reimbursement will be consistent with the original method of payment.
Products that are special ordered or for inventory that exceeds our normal levels are not covered by our normal Return Policy. Please contact our costumer service with any questions.
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing by contacting us through our contact form. Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. Please refer to our return policy if your order has already left our facilities.
